About Our Organisation

Country Home Services (formerly CHAP) is an organisation based in the country communities of the Clare Valley, Yorke Peninsula, Wakefield Plains, Mid-North, Adelaide Plains, Light Region, Gawler and the Barossa Valley.

It is within these communities that we have delivered services for 30 years, working with country people of all ages. We pride ourselves in being local and working with local workers in your region.

When you join our organisation, you can have confidence that we understand your community. We work with a large cross-section of people from busy professionals who have regular house cleaning to older people who receive our funded services.

Before coming to Country Home Services Craig has worked in rural communities for 33 years across Acute, Aged Care and Community Health settings with 10 of those years in Clare. Craig is keen to further develop and grow Country Home Services to ensure a safe and secure future for staff and the community while retaining its excellent reputation in offering and providing services that support choices for living the country life that individuals want for as long as possible.

Business Development Manager


Through both managing and working in community service teams across regional South Australia and the Northern Territory, Catherine brings over 20 years of valuable experience to our organisation.
As Business Development Manager for Country Home Services, Catherine will be applying her knowledge to researching new market opportunities and to further develop the areas of quality and risk, and marketing..

Manager of Operations


Barb has spent most of her working life in country based health and community services, mainly on Yorke Peninsula. Her experience brings valued knowledge to her role as Manager of Operations where she supports the functions of Administration, Service Delivery and Brokerage Support.
