Need assistance with grocery shopping, bill paying, getting to appointments, or connecting with your local community group?

Is this the right choice for me?

Some things to consider when deciding if the CHSP is right for you.

The program is designed to support Australians who may be experiencing:

  • reduced mobility
  • managing an illness, injury, or other medical condition
  • altered family carer arrangements
  • CHSP may be modified over time to accommodate your changing needs.

If your needs are more complex, we recommend exploring home care package options, which could be better suited to you.
